my stay at american inn and suites was pretty good. the room had a comfy bed and clean jacuzzi tub. the night staff was exceptional, providing extra towels and restaurant recommendations for late-night snacks. i also loved the fair prices and the free wi-fi.

The staff were somewhat courteous during check-in.
This place was so run down and dirty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower, stains on all towels and sheets, and hair on the sheets. The door safety lock doesn’t close all the way, and the beds are like blocks. Everything is so outdated by 30+ years.

the place could use some updates , but the staff were friendly. the 40 inch flat screens were great for relaxing at night. enjoyed the fridge and microwave for late snacks. the lobby coffee was a nice touch (kept me awake! ).

A Disappointing Experience
